Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts will be permanently closed. Balances held in duplicate Accounts may be voided without refund, and any winnings derived from gameplay conducted across duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. You are responsible for ensuring that your Account details remain accurate and up to date. 366ph is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player, including incorrect payment method details that result in failed or misdirected transactions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by any person who has gained access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility. 366ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
366ph accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, selected other Philippine bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (where available). All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Player — are not accepted and will be returned where reasonably possible.
The minimum deposit amount on the 366ph Platform is ₱100, subject to the minimum transaction limits imposed by the payment provider used. Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 366ph's customer support team. 366ph commits to responding to all formal complaints in writing within ten (10) business days.
Regulatory Complaints: Players who believe that 366ph has acted in violation of applicable gaming regulations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.
